Terms and Condions

Introduction

These terms of trade (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from World of Handles, accessible through our webshop. By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. World of Handles specializes in the retail of door handles, window handles, furniture handles, and related products. We do not manufacture these products ourselves but instead source them from reputable suppliers.

1. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  
  
• You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

2. Products

• Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products.
  
  
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices

• All prices are listed in your currency and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable current rate chargeable in your country for the time being.
  
  
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.

4. Order and Contract

• Our webshop will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. The order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.
  
  
• After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

5. Payment

• Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card, or any other payment method listed on our webshop.
  
  
• We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

6. Delivery

• Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, and the delivery address.
  
  
• We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. World of Handles shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

7. Right of Return

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
  
  
• The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
  
  
• To exercise the right of return, you must inform us of your decision to return the product(s) by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail).
  
  
• Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
  
  
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
  
  
• Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days after we receive the returned goods.

8. Liability

• Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
  
  
• We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and changes in our system’s capabilities.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

• Contracts for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Danish law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
