RETURNS

Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a free return slip, the customer must go to our contact page and fill out the relevant form. The items must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying World of Handles about their decision to return the items.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer once World of Handles receives the goods.

In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by World of Handles. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

WARRANTY

The warranty on our products extends for two years from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover any damage to any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product, and failure to follow the instructions provided by World of Handles.
